Pieces include taxi cabs as pawns, pigeons as knights, the Brooklyn Bridge as rooks, the Statue of Liberty as the queen and more. The New Yorker Magazine Chess Set is made from wood and paperboard. The board measures 2.2h x 13.8w x 13.8”d; the tallest piece, the King, is 3”h.
